north star
grounded consent, deep listening, and trust in the body’s intelligence. i don’t “fix” you or steer your experience. i help you feel safer, more resourced, and less alone — before, during (when appropriate), and after.
how we integrate
integration is the slow process of letting the body/heart/mind reorganize after impact. it’s rarely “one conversation.” it’s a gentle series of returns.
slow down pace
- nature time, hot water, quiet mornings
- pause meditation if it amplifies too much
- “wait and see” before major life changes
inside → out express
- journaling prompts + freewrite (no editing)
- expressive art (process > product)
- movement: yoga, shaking, freeform dance
- symbol work: altar, tarot, dream notes
nourish + protect attention nervous system
- sleep / hydration / simple meals
- reduce doomscrolling / news / horror
- choose grounding inputs (music, light, company)
community + care support
- trusted friends who can listen well
- therapy referrals when needed (values-aligned)
- ongoing support plan (who, when, what helps)
boundaries + safety
emergency line now
how we keep a safer container agreements
- we agree on a plan beforehand (setting, contacts, boundaries, “if things go sideways”).
- consent first: no touch without explicit permission.
- i reserve the right to pause/stop support if agreements aren’t being followed.
- no coercion, no power games, no “guru” dynamics.
support phrases i actually use grounding
- “you’re safe right now. i’m here.”
- “we can go slowly.”
- “let’s find one small anchor.”
- “do you want words, or quiet?”
- “no big decisions tonight.”
pricing ✦ sliding scale
access matters. if money is tight, we can find a rate that’s honest and sustainable.
- prep session (60–90 min): $___ – $___ sliding scale
- integration (60 min): $___ – $___ sliding scale
- aftercare check-in (15–30 min): $___ – $___
- journey support: case-by-case (length, remote vs. in-person, intensity, safety needs)
faq
is this therapy?
no. this is peer support + harm reduction + integration-informed space holding. i can help you reflect, regulate, and build a plan, but i’m not acting as a therapist here.
what kinds of experiences do you support?
preparation + integration for a wide range of altered-state work and deep emotional processing. journey support depends on fit, timing, and safety.
do you do in-person support?
sometimes for seattle-area folks and only when it’s a good fit with clear agreements. remote support is more available and can still be deeply grounding.
can i book you for a retreat or group container?
potentially—especially for harm reduction support, grounding space, and integration circles. send dates, location, approximate size, and what you’re building.
what’s your stance on psychedelic capitalism + community care?
pro-access, pro-community, anti-extraction. i like slow, relational models (sliding scale, shared resources, skill shares) rather than boutique “wellness luxury.”
